Footloose
A spotted hyena chews on a severed elephant foot, Mashatu Game Reserve, Botswana. It was just after sunrise and I was driving to the carcass of an elephant that had died of natural causes a few days before when I came across this hyena carrying an elephant foot in jaws. The display of strength was staggering but he/she stopped to rest, and nibble, every 20 meters or so.
The measurements given below are for the longest side of the print.
